my favorite restaurant!
Forget NYC high dining, my favorite restaurant in the whole world is located at the Lagoa de Tatajuba. Here the menu is displayed, not read. From today's catch I selected the lobster and the fish, which were cooked with a little butter on the grill. And don't forget the caipirinha! Life is good, it is good indeed!
Nada da alta cozinha de Nova Yorque, meu restaurante favorito no mundo todo fica na Lagoa de Tatajuba. Lá o menu não é lido e sim mostrado. Da pesca de hoje eu selecionei a lagosta e o peixe, que foram preaprados com um pouco de manteiga na churrasqueira. Tudo regado com uma caipiriha incrível! A vida é boa, é boa sim!
sliding down the dune!
For US$3 I glided down the massive dune on a wooden slide, feeling the clean air on my face as my hands and feet brushed the smooth sand at several miles an hour. Then I had to climb my way back up! I did this three times and left wanting more!
Por R$5 eu desci a duna gigantesca numa tábua de madeira, sentindo o ar limpo na cara enquanto minhas mãos e pés tocavam a areia suave a vários kilômetros por hora. Depois eu tive que subir tudo! Fiz este percurso três vezes e ainda queria mais!
